The German-made Hobart Ecomax Plus H603SW is a high performance, highly efficient pass-through dishwasher designed to save money and improve washing results. With a built-in water softener as standard, the H603SW is ideal for use in hard water areas, as limescale and other contaminants are removed before they enter the wash cycle. The power of the H603SW is undeniable, as it's able to effectively wash up to 60 500x500mm racks every hour - more than enough performance for medium sized restaurants, canteens and cafeterias. Easy to use, clean and maintain.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
