This Chefsrange DF-8T-2/3 is a powerful compact twin tank  counter top fryer ideal for smaller operators or as a standby fryer

• Heavy duty Nickel coated basket
• Supplied with front oil drain off tap
• Thermostatically controlled upto 190ºC with safety thermostat set at 230ºC
• Highly efficient stainless steel armoured heating elements 
• The heating elements lift out allowing easy access to the fry tank for cleaning
• Cool zone under heating elements help to increase oil life
• Fitted with safety micro switch - when elements are removed power is shut off
