This Chefsrange GF120T Slimline twin tank gas fryer, is a high output fryer with  2 x 60,000 btu's output, ideal for fast food operations as well as other operators needing quick recovery times. 

FEATURES:

• Slimline Twin tank tube fired gas fryer with high output - Oil capacity is 10+10 Litres
• Stainless steel fry tank 
• Supplied with 2 baskets each being 160 x 320mm
• 4 x Vertical cast iron burner each 30,000 Btu's - per tank
• Tube fired with inner flame baffle provides fast heat recovery
• Temperature range 93-195'C - fitted with high limit safety stat (232'C)
• Millivolt controls require no electrical feed
• Continuous pilot with safety thermocouple for quick and safe lighting of the burners
• Stainless steel exterior door, front facia, and rear flue.
• Supplied with large sloped cool zone - extends oil life and eases emptying
• Fitted with large 1-1/4" drain off valve - prevents blockages
