Using a primitive cooking technique, the ASJ-130 gives meat and poultry an intense flavour and an attractive golden-brown colour. The rotation of each spit rod on its own axis allows food to remain wrapped in its own juices and prevents food from drying out. The upper guillotine door maintains the temperature and allows for show cooking, and the temperature controlled drawers allow food to be kept warm until ready to serve. The unit is easily cleaned, thanks to the removable grease trays and ash drawer.
