MODEL: MGJ-132 MANGAL
Designed for Mangal style cooking, the MGJ-132 features a large grilling area and four braising levels, to allow for a range of gastronomic applications. The bottom two braising levels are used for braising and fast sealing, and the top two are used for slower cooking at a lower temperature, and keeping food warm. The unit takes just 20 minutes to fire up, and has a daily charcoal consumption of 22-24kg. The grills charcoal combustion shield prevents deterioration of its walls, and the removable grease tray and ash drawers make cleaning quick and easy.
